As an affiliate of My Audio Center, you are likely to have technical questions at some point.Rest assured you are able to direct your queries efficiently, and with confidence that your questions will be handled in a professional and timely manner.
To this end we provide full technical support for our affiliates - handling any questions that you might have on the affiliation process, how to use affiliate links, viewing and understanding reports, and so on.
On the support site they will find three options open to you:
1. Search the Knowledgebase - The Knowledgebase is populated with answers to past questions, and so quite feasibly will contain the solution the affiliate is looking for (if it has occurred before, for another affiliate). The affiliate can perform a search at the support site for a key word or phrase which will hopefully return some relevant solutions.
2. Check the FAQ - as well as past answers, Spoken Network maintains an FAQ within this Support Site, into which we add the most common queries we receive. Affiliates will find the answer they're looking for here.
3. Open a Support Ticket - Once the affiliate has exhausted the options above, they can open a Support Ticket on the Support Site. This is a very straightforward process and our technical support staff will get back to the affiliate as soon as possible with a response that will doubtless answer their question.
